Brand recall...or not, if you are me!

My course has finished! Huzzah! So yesterday, I spent the day running around London, seeing various agency folks. I do like a bit of advertising on the London Underground, I always find myself staring at everything to work out why its there and how it works. Although, yesterday I walked past tons of posters in one tunnel in a station, all of which advertised the same brand and were part of the same campaign. I remembered it just because there was so many of them. Media saturation was my first thought and I expected to be able to remember what I saw later because of this. Regretfully, the brand has completely escaped me! Hilarious!

I know that it was a digital camera brand and the campaign had a sexy, sleek and stylised feminine appeal, highlighting the compactness and quality of the product offering as a female fashion accessory, rather than a gadget. It reminded me of the work our group did for Tia Maria. There was a faceless woman in one poster, she was wearing the camera as an anklet! See, I can remember loads, but as far as brand recall is concerned, that campaign is a total failure to me. Such a shame too, they probably spent loads on all those posters.

If anyone has any idea what on Earth I saw, please let me know.
