It's sucking me in again!
Last summer I was relaxing at home, painting my toenails, when I decided to put Big Brother on, just in the background. Needless to say, ten minutes later, I was no longer painting my nails, I was hooked!
This year, I decided I must resist. It's not working out for me, it's creeping up on me. Especially with Durden's entrance. To be honest, when I flicked over the channels the other night (to try to find a good ad), I didn't realise it was him at first! (I am only a fledgling, give me a break) Then he started going on about how the twins were 'intelligent marketing tools' or something, now that got me listening! Have you seen them?!
I want to hear what other strange gems he has to put forward. This may turn out to be quality relevant viewing for a tenacious ad trainee like myself. I watch far too much TV (I am simply immersing myself in the medium, both on and offline), but more quality programming is required. If I get sucked into watching The Chase again, I will be very unimpressed.

I notice that you have removed some of the comments from yesterday. Why? If you can’t take criticism on a blog then unfortunately you are screwed if you plan to make it in the advertising world. We have to take comments, constructive or not on a daily basis in advertising. I'd think about a change of career if I were you. How about a prison warden? Or perhaps a cleaner? Less client facing and you wouldn't need to worry about being criticised so often.

I honestly deleted the last one by accident! The U-Boat thing makes no sense now! Anyway, I think that my opinions were ill-thought and that I could have phrased everything to be a little more cogent. All twas. At the end of the day, this is a bloody blog, it's client-facing like I'm Marilyn Manson. A cleaner ay? I should really spend my overtime wisely! Nice thought though. You cracked a massive smile!
